These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website, online store,
and related services operated by Crest Insignia Pte. Ltd. (“Crest Insignia”, “we”, “us”, “our”).
By accessing or using our website or purchasing any product from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

2. Scope & Acceptance

These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and customers of our website, including those who browse, register an account,
place orders, submit reviews, or otherwise interact with our services. Additional terms may apply to specific promotions,
preorders, warranties, or services and will be made available with those offerings. In the event of a conflict,
the specific terms prevail for that offering.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction (e.g., 18 years in Singapore) to purchase from our store.
By placing an order, you represent and warrant that you are legally capable of entering into binding contracts and that
the information you provide is true and complete.

4. Accounts & Security

You may create an account to track orders, save preferences, and access support features.
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activities that occur under your account.
Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use or security breach. We may suspend or terminate accounts for suspected fraud or misuse.

5. Product Information & Availability

We sell electronics including (but not limited to) monitors, accessories (mouse & keyboards), laptops, power banks, TVs, computer processors, and audio products.
Product images, specifications, and descriptions are provided for general guidance. Minor variations (e.g., packaging, firmware revisions) may occur.
Compatibility (e.g., voltages, regional software features, cable types) should be verified by you before purchase. Contact us if in doubt.
All items are subject to stock availability. We may limit quantities, refuse, or cancel orders at our discretion (e.g., suspected reselling or pricing errors).

6. Pricing, Currency, Taxes & Errors

Singapore: Prices shown to Singapore customers are generally GST-inclusive unless stated otherwise.
South Korea: Unless specified, orders ship on a DAP (Delivered At Place) basis. Import VAT (typically 10%) and duties/fees are
payable by the customer to customs/courier upon arrival.
Displayed currency may change based on your selection or geolocation. Final charges may reflect the settlement currency shown at checkout by your selected payment method.
We take care to ensure pricing is accurate. In case of obvious errors (e.g., mispriced items), we may cancel any affected order and refund you in full.
Promotional pricing, coupons, and bundles are time-limited and subject to conditions specified at the time of offer.

7. Orders & Acceptance

Your order is an offer to buy. We confirm receipt via email; acceptance occurs when we dispatch the product(s) and send a shipping confirmation.
We may decline or cancel orders for reasons including: product unavailability, payment issues, suspected fraud, shipping restrictions, or pricing errors.
For preorders/backorders, estimated delivery dates are indicative and may change. You may cancel before shipment unless otherwise stated for a specific promotion.

8. Payment

We accept payment methods as shown at checkout. By submitting payment details, you authorize us (or our payment providers) to charge the total order amount.
We may use third-party anti-fraud services; orders can be delayed or canceled if verification fails.
Chargebacks or disputes should first be raised with us so we can assist promptly.

9. Delivery, Risk & Title

Delivery Areas: We primarily ship within Singapore and to South Korea. Additional regions may be available upon request.
Dispatch & Transit: Estimated delivery timelines (shown at checkout) begin after order acceptance and dispatch. Delays may occur due to carrier capacity, customs, or force majeure.
Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the shipping address provided. Title passes upon full payment and delivery.
Korea (DAP): You are responsible for import VAT, duties, and any brokerage fees. The carrier may require ID and tax payment before final delivery.
Please inspect packages upon delivery. Report visible damage to the courier and notify us within 48 hours with photos/videos.
Undeliverable parcels (e.g., incorrect address, repeated failed delivery attempts) may be returned. Additional shipping/handling charges may apply for re-delivery.

10. Returns, Exchanges & DOA

DOA (Dead on Arrival): If your item appears defective on arrival, contact us within 7 days with photos/videos. We may arrange an exchange, repair, or refund per brand policy.
Change of Mind: Within 7 days of delivery, unopened and sealed items may be returned. Return shipping is at your cost unless stated otherwise.
Non-returnable items: Activated software/licenses, downloadable content, and opened hygiene-sensitive items (e.g., in-ear audio) unless defective per applicable law.
Returns require prior authorization (RMA). Items must include all accessories, manuals, and original packaging. Deductions may apply for missing/damaged components.
Refunds are processed to the original payment method after inspection. Processing times vary by provider.

11. Warranty

All products are supplied new with a manufacturer’s warranty (typically 12 months, brand-specific). Warranty coverage and processes are determined by the manufacturer.
You may need to register your product, retain your invoice, and bring/ship the item to an authorized service center (carry-in) unless otherwise specified.
Warranty excludes accidental damage, misuse, unauthorized repairs, normal wear and tear, and consumables. Back up your data before service; we are not responsible for data loss.
Where permitted, we may help facilitate claims, but the final decision rests with the manufacturer or authorized service provider.

12. Promotions, Coupons & Gift Cards

Promotions and coupons are subject to their stated terms, limits, and validity periods. They are non-transferable and may not be combined unless expressly allowed.
We may void discounts or cancel orders in cases of misuse, fraud, or error.
Gift cards (if offered) are not redeemable for cash and are valid only for purchases on our website during their stated validity.

13. User Content (Reviews & Questions)

By submitting reviews, images, or questions, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, publish, and display such content for marketing or support purposes.
You are responsible for the content you submit and must not infringe third-party rights or post unlawful, defamatory, or offensive material. We may moderate or remove content at our discretion.

14. Intellectual Property

The website, including text, graphics, logos, product images, and software, is owned by or licensed to Crest Insignia and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You agree to comply with all applicable export control and sanctions laws. You must not purchase or use our products if you are subject to sanctions or are located in a restricted jurisdiction.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties regarding the website (e.g., fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement).
Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights or the manufacturer’s product warranty where applicable.

20. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill.
Our aggregate liability for any claim relating to a product purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that product; for website use, it is limited to SGD 100.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in that case, the limitation applies to the fullest extent permitted by law.

21. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Crest Insignia and our officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including legal fees)

We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, pandemics, labor disputes,
actions of government or customs, carrier delays, and interruptions to internet or telecommunications services.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on our website with a new “Last updated” date.
Your continued use of the website after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

24. Assignment

We may assign or transfer our rights and obligations under these Terms to another entity. You may not assign your rights without our prior written consent.

25. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary,
and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

These Terms, together with any additional terms referenced herein and our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Crest Insignia regarding the website and services,
and supersede all prior agreements, understandings, or communications.

27. Governing Law & Jurisdiction; Language

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Singapore, without regard to conflict of law principles.
You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.
These Terms may be translated; in the event of inconsistency, the English version prevails.
